Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays). During launches/restocks, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following business day.
Shipping methods: We ship via USPS. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order ships.
Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.
Warm-weather shipping note (Body Butter): Our body butters can soften or melt during transit in hot weather. This can change texture temporarily but doesn’t affect performance. If your butter arrives softened, place it in a cool area for 24 hours to re-set.
Address accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’re responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at kayandraynbodycare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s), packing materials, and shipping label so we can help.
Returns
Returns: Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds: Refunds are issued for damaged or incorrect items only and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s), packing materials, and shipping label.
